Currently, Easton Mountain is pursuing two essential initiatives to secure our long-range sustainability:

The first is capital investment in a new business plan so that the retreat center can become sustainable, even profitable, in the next year to eighteen months. The plan’s focus is on sales and the promotion of our business. The goal is to increase the center’s occupancy by promoting our programs to a wider audience as well as by expanding our rental business. This plan will generate more operating revenue so that donated resources can be used for new programming, scholarships, and growth. Details of the plan are available upon request.

Secondly, this growth will allow for acquisition of equity in the land used by Easton Mountain, Inc, and the creation of a new ownership structure. This shifts the responsibility of land stewardship to a larger circle of stakeholders thus ensuring the long term stability of Easton Mountain and the successful pursuit of its mission for generations to come.
