LIVING
FULL OUT
Intensive Retreat for Gay Men
Facilitated by John Bottone
& Richard White
Thursday, March 18
- Sunday, March 21, 2010
Thursday, September 23 - Sunday, September 26, 2010
Limited to
12 participants!
Join us for an intensive
3-day retreat to create a safe and loving community
with a small group of equally motivated gay men. Within
this community—with its support and witness—you
will have the opportunity to do individual experiential
work in which you journey deeply into yourself to reconnect
with the sources of your energy and your deepest essence.
This retreat uses Gestalt, psychodrama, and the techniques
of Core Energetics to help you free the blocked and
frozen energy locked away in the passionate parts of
yourself that you disconnected from as a child, including
your sexuality. In this structured retreat, you will
take steps toward finding out what stands in the way
of realizing your potential for being fully alive. If
you have not previously participated in Living Full
Out, registration will include a telephone interview
with one of the facilitators. We recommend that participants
in the retreat have some prior experience in psychotherapy.
If you are currently in psychotherapy, we suggest you
discuss this retreat with your therapist prior to registration.
"These retreats
have been an intense and enriching experience. The power
of caring and support created by Living Full Out
has given me the courage and hope to move on in my life."
Jerry
"For three blissful
days I felt completely safe in the company of caring
and accepting men. The experience was unique:
not only did I learn a great deal about myself, I also
learned how much and how deeply I care for my gay brothers."
Wayne
"Living Full
Out is about possibility, about safety and healing.
It's about reclaiming my power. For me, it was truly
about finding a place where my wounded gay self could
begin to heal, where I could really believe that healing
is possible." Elliott
