Heart-Centered Touch Weekend Retreat

Heart-Centered Touch invites you to join us in a hands-on weekend where we use touch as a powerful transformational tool . We use different kinds of touch – from energy-healing to erotic touch—to achieve a higher degree of awareness, compassion and self-realization. Learn how to maintain satisfying physical and spiritual connections and cultivate increased intimacy. Get a taste of what it is to learn to join your spiritual, emotional and physical self.
In this workshop, we will explore the spiritual path through the senses in the way tantric practitioners live. Breath-work, touch, meditation and movement are all ingredients we will use in order to become more deeply embodied men. The tantric exercises and practices we do are intended to be affirmative, pleasurable and fun. We help each other transform our desires – and our life-goals - into states of deeper pleasure as we create space for more fulfillment and satisfaction. We also work to clear away unwanted life-scripts that no longer serve us. Transformation occurs in a safe space where you are encouraged and supported to move beyond your old habits. We make commitments to ourselves and the group as a conclusion to the weekend.
This sessions will be mainly clothes-off and interactive. 80% of this workshop will be experiential – learning by doing. The benefits of this workshop can have far-reaching impact on effecting real change in your life.
